This endpoint from Qubico's mmaudio API can generate audio based on video.
Users can upload their video and use the mmaudio API to generate sound based on the prompt they provide.

Model	Price (USD)
Qubico/mmaudio	$0.0005 per second, rounded up if less than 1 second, up to a maximum of 30 seconds.
